Get the assignments you would never have seen

I survey the French project-management market every morning across 22 platforms. Most assignments vanish before they ever reach you: 34 % do not survive the first week. SKARAB is access to that survey, for you.

SKARAB is opening gradually. You can submit your file now: I write to you when an assignment matches your profile.

Who it is for

Registered independent consultants — company, sole trader or umbrella company. This is not a placement service for job seekers, and that is not a formality: French law forbids charging a person who is looking for employment. Here, two businesses contract with each other.

How it works

1

You join the list

Your CV, your speciality, your day rate, your availability. Four items, and I take it from there.

2

You set the scope

You tell me your roles, your minimum day rate, your area — and the clients NOT to approach. Your file circulates there only.

3

I put you forward, without naming you

I send your ANONYMISED file to the assignments that fit best, and sort the responses. Your name only comes out with your agreement, when a client wants to meet you.

4

You contract in your own name

No subcontracting: you sign directly with the client, on your own terms. You declare to me what you collect, and the end or extension of the assignment.

What it costs

Nothing to join. Nothing if no assignment comes through. I invoice a fee of 8 % of the net revenue you collect on the assignment I brought you — written into the agreement, known before any introduction, and due only on what the client actually paid you.

What I pass on, and what I do not

Only assignments from public platforms. Assignments a consultancy sends me by name stay in that exchange: passing them on would betray the person who trusted me with them. It is a limit, and I state it.

I am not a party to the contract

The contract is between you and the client. I am not part of it, I invoice the client nothing and I take no margin on your work. You sign in your own name, on your own terms, with the client or the consultancy that published. I bring the business, and I stop there: no subcontracting, no hidden margin, no interposition.

Your data

I collect your CV, your speciality, your day rate and your availability, for one purpose: putting you forward for the assignments that match you. You mandate me to send your anonymised file — no name, no contact details — on your behalf, within the scope you declare and nowhere else — and you may exclude clients by naming them. You are told of every submission. You can ask for your file to be deleted at any time by writing to claire.vandesype@pmo-laboratory.com; it is erased within eight days. The full detail is on the Privacy page.

Submit your file

I need your CV, your speciality, your day rate, your availability, and your company registration details: legal name, legal form, registration number, VAT number, registered office and the name of the legal representative. The introduction agreement is signed at submission, not later: you know what you are signing before you entrust me with anything.
