Claire Van De Sype · PMO · direction de projet

Your programme will land — and on time.

Independent consultant in project direction, PMO and project finance. Twelve years bringing portfolios, budgets and governance through — luxury, pharma, banking, insurance, industry, energy. You know where you want to arrive; I bring the route, the method and the tempo, and I hold the dates. And every morning I measure the project-management market — the figures on this page.

When to call me

Click your situation: the message leaves already qualified — and you get the matching tool while waiting for my reply.

Your programme is slipping mid-course

The go-live date is approaching and the plan no longer holds. I come in mid-flight: I rebuild a single authoritative plan, restore a steering committee that actually decides, and either hold the date or call the new one early enough to be credible.

Write to me about this →

Your portfolio is unreadable

Nobody can say what is running, what is late, or what it will cost. I qualify, prioritise and get decisions made — then industrialise the governance so it holds without me.

Your IT budget does not hold

A budget built under pressure, CAPEX and OPEX mixed, a roadmap nobody can verify. I frame it from scratch if needed, install a single arbitration grid, and ring-fence what has to land.

Join the SKARAB opening list

SKARAB, in the making: every day I come across assignments that deserve a good consultant. I will pass them on to trusted profiles, within a written and transparent framework.

What happens next, in three steps:
1

A 30-minute call

You describe the context. I tell you plainly whether I am the right person — and if I am not, I say that too.

2

A written proposal

Scope, governance, deliverables — and a day rate aligned with the market I measure daily, not an opaque price grid.

3

Steering begins

On site or remote. First deliverable: a state of play that holds authority — what is running, at risk, and to be decided.

1

Pre-register

One email is enough — no commitment. You will be served first when the modules are released.

2

Receive the course

The video modules, the exercise workbooks and the toolbox templates — at your own pace.

3

Go further if needed

The Guided offer adds two one-to-one sessions with me: CV, LinkedIn profile and a mock interview to land the first job or assignment.

1

Write to me

Three lines are enough to start the conversation.

2

A straight answer

If I am not the right person, I say so — and point you in the right direction if I can.

3

Thirty minutes if useful

A slot books in one click if the exchange deserves it.

1

You join the list

Your speciality, your day rate, your availability. Nothing more: I do not need your CV to start.

2

I write when an assignment fits

I do not blast anything out: I send you the assignment that matches, with the client, the context and the budget.

3

You contract in your own name

No subcontracting: you sign directly with the client. My fee is written down and known before the introduction.

How enrolment works

  1. You receive your agreement. The training agreement, its detailed programme and the internal rules. You read them at your own pace and ask your questions.
  2. You sign, and you keep ten days to change your mind. No reason needed, no charge. During those ten days I cannot ask you for any payment: French law forbids it, and rightly so.
  3. After that, you pay 30 %. That is the maximum a training provider may collect before the start. You receive your access and we begin.
  4. The balance is paid in two instalments, as the course runs. When module 2 opens, then when module 4 opens. You never pay for what you have not yet received.

What I do

I take on projects that need someone steering, not someone observing.

Why me

I measure the market I bill you against

My day rate is aligned with the median I publish — verifiable on this page, recomputed at every record. You are not negotiating in the dark, and neither am I.

I build so I can leave

The rituals, tools and references I put in place outlive me — handover included. A PMO who becomes indispensable has failed.

Twelve years of solving problems

Slipping programmes, budgets to rebuild, unreadable portfolios: I have met your problem somewhere before. And I build my own tools to solve it faster.

What I have delivered — and what they say

My whole track record, assignment by assignment — with the client’s recommendation whenever they left one. Click a logo; the figures are those of my own scope.

The market record

The record is my own market watch, made public. Every day I collect the published project-management assignments, follow each one until it disappears, and publish the figures — day rates, time to disappear, remote work, regions.

What does the market cost?

Pick a role: the median is today’s measurement, across listings that publish a rate.

680 € median published day rate
70 listings with a rate
130 € above the all-roles median (550 €)

Median day rate, role by role: project director · project manager · PMO · business analyst · product owner

Why publish it: because nobody else does. A client hiring a PMO has no idea what the market costs or how fast it moves. Neither does a freelancer. Every figure is published with its limits — that is what makes it defensible.
